Why we started
Trade ordering still runs on phone calls, messages and paper.
Independent shops and kitchens are run on paper, memory and WhatsApp, not because owners want that, but because the alternative was priced and shaped for chains.
The suppliers who serve them see the same gap from the other side: orders arriving by phone, email and message, customer prices kept in spreadsheets, and deliveries planned around whoever is in the office that day.
SupplyRunner connects the two: the trade buyer's order and the supplier's operation, in one connected workflow.

The record has to be a by-product of the work
Nobody keeps a record because they want a record. They do it because the system is the quickest way to get the job done, and the record happens on the way past. Anything that asks for a second, separate act of data entry gets filled in on a Friday from memory.

One system beats five that integrate
Ordered, picked, delivered, invoiced and claimed are the same order in different states. Splitting them across products creates reconciliation work that most businesses have nobody to do.

Say what the software does not do
We publish the certifications we do not hold and leave customer-outcome numbers out until they come from customers. It costs us some credibility today and saves the relationship later.
