SupplyRunner

The platform

One connected platform. Multiple ways to grow.

SupplyRunner combines B2B commerce, supplier network access, intelligent order routing, trade and financial workflows, and network logistics in one connected platform.

End to end

The operation, end to end.

The workflows suppliers run on SupplyRunner, from catalogue to the customer's door.

01 · Catalogue

One catalogue, matched to the products the trade already knows.

Import a spreadsheet with column mapping and a preview before anything changes. Your rows sit over a shared master catalogue of 1.15 million product lines, so barcodes, names and images line up with what buyers scan.

  • CSV and XLSX import with a preview
  • Case and pallet weights, sizes and stacking for load planning
  • Own-label and manufacturer brands
  • Ambient, chilled and frozen bands with shelf life

02 · Pricing

Every customer sees their own price, and you can see why.

Customer tiers, account prices, dated contract prices, price breaks and seasonal price lists are held once. A resolver picks one price from six layers and records which layer won and why.

  • Tiers with their own minimum order value
  • Contract prices with a reference and dates
  • Price breaks above a quantity
  • Minimum order value by connection, tier, branch and channel

03 · Customers

Open accounts on facts, not on a phone call.

Customers apply through your own share link and form. Their business file arrives already checked against public registers, with trade references and guarantees.

  • Application form builder and one approvals queue
  • Credit bands and the floor below which no account opens
  • Delivery sites with receiving windows and access notes
  • Every look at a customer's file logged and readable by them

04 · Orders

Every order in one inbox, with where it came from.

Orders placed in the buyer app, or sent automatically at the cut-off, land in one inbox with where they came from and who placed them. Each falls into the right round and delivery day on its own.

  • Per-line confirmed and actual quantities
  • A timeline of every change in plain words
  • Currency and tax fixed at the moment of placement
  • Cut-offs, public holidays and lead times per branch

05 · Routing

Plan the day around the vans you actually have.

Build rounds by area and day, or plan a day from scratch. The optimiser handles vehicle size, weight-limited sites, receiving windows, traffic, tolls and zone charges, and shows what each drop costs to deliver.

  • Compare the same day worked from each depot
  • Second runs for a van back with time to spare
  • A cost ceiling that leaves off a drop that loses money
  • Fuel, driver time, tolls and wear in every route cost

06 · At the door

Proof of delivery your customers can see the moment it is signed.

Drivers run their day from a link: vehicle check, temperature readings per cold compartment, each line accepted or refused with a count and a photo, a signature, and cages and trays in and out.

  • Live van position while the round is out
  • Eight delivery checks every five minutes
  • One message to every customer on a run
  • Collections and returns riding the same van

07 · Claims

A refusal at the door becomes a decision, not a dispute.

Every refused line becomes a claim to decide: credit, replace, goodwill or reject, with a reason code. Credits land on the right invoice, replacements go out on the next round, and approval limits send large claims to head office.

  • Credit notes and replacement orders
  • Returns with policy checks and collection
  • Claims as a share of sales by reason, customer and driver
  • A delivery policy for temperatures and claim windows

08 · Team

Built for depots, branches and the people who run them.

One business can hold many sites and depots, each with its own schedule and delivery days. People join with a role: admin, branch manager, order operator, sales rep or driver. Routes write the driver's shift.

  • Sites and depots switched on or off for delivery
  • Driver availability read from holidays and shifts
  • Branch schedules with per-day cut-offs
  • Carriers and rate cards for drops your vans do not reach

Controls

Built for operations that answer to someone.

Distribution runs on trust between your office, your depots and your customers. The controls are in the product.

Roles that match the job

Admin, branch manager, order operator, sales rep and driver. People see the sites and the work their role allows.

An audit trail on every order

A timeline of every change in plain words, with where the order came from and who placed it.

Customer data shown on purpose

Everything a supplier sees of a customer passes one redaction point, and every look is logged where the customer can read it.

Approval limits

A claim over the decider's limit waits for head office before a credit is raised.

Currency and tax fixed at placement

An order keeps the currency, tax treatment and exchange snapshot it was placed with, whatever changes later.

One Runner account

The same sign-in as the rest of the Runner platform, so one account opens every Runner product a business uses.

Security questionnaires, data processing agreements and sub-processors are handled by Runner. Read about security →
